Unibet Poker – Tournament tickets are here!
Read below for more information on what tournament tickets are and how they can work for you!
What’s a tournament ticket?
A tournament ticket represents a tournament buy-in.
There are three different types of tickets that you could be awarded:
1. Tournament Specific Tickets, used to buy-in to specific tournaments only.
2. Tournament Group Tickets are used for any tournament in the specified Tournament group where the ticket value matches the tournament buy-in. An example of a group of tournaments is the Unibet Open satellites.
3. Generic Tickets are used for any tournament where the ticket value matches the tournament buy-in.

How long does a ticket last?
All tickets will be valid for a specific period of time, and some may vary. The expiration date for each ticket will be displayed in your ‘My Tickets’ page in the poker software.
Where can I see how many tickets I have?
If you’re logged into the poker software, you can see your total Ticket Balance at the top section of the poker lobby, next to your Poker balance. If you click on the hyperlink you are directed to your ‘My Tickets’ page. The ‘My Tickets’ page displays more detail on each of your tickets as, well as a history of all your past tickets.

How can I see which tournaments will allow me to use my tickets?
You can view your tickets from the following areas in the Lobby:
1. If you click on the hyperlink of your ticket balance, on the top section of the lobby, you are directed to your ‘My Tickets’ page. The ‘My Tickets’ page displays more detail on each of your tickets with direct links to each tournament that you have tickets for.
2. Tournaments that you have tickets for are indicated by a Ticket icon next to the tournament buy-in in the lobby tournament list. (It is likely that more tournaments are flagged than the number of tickets you have. For example, if you have one generic €10 + €1 ticket, many tournaments where you could use this ticket, will display the icon.)
3. The Advanced Lobby is enhanced with a Tickets filter called ‘My tickets’ that enables you to view easily only those tournaments you have tickets for.
Can I sell or give my tickets to someone else?
No. Tournament tickets are non-transferable.
I cash in my ticket for a cash prize?
No, tournament tickets can be used for buy in to tournaments only – they cannot be exchanged for cash. If, in the case of a satellite structure, you have already paid the buy-in to the final, and you win an additional ticket in a satellite, you are automatically refunded the buy-in and your tournament ticket is used.
I qualified for a tournament that I can no longer play in… What do I do?
It depends on the type of tournament:
If the tournament is ‘ticket group based,’ then you can unregister from that tournament and use the ticket to play in another tournament with the same buy-in, in that group.
However, in some of Unibet promotions and offers, there might only be one tournament, so if you qualify and are issued a “Tournament Specific Ticket”, and you cannot play, you will receive no compensation for missing the tournament.
What happens if I win more than one tournament specific ticket?
If you win multiple satellites into the same target tournament you receive Tournament Specific Tickets for the additional seats that you win. You can use these tickets for re-buys, add-ons and double buy-ins, provided the target tournament supports re-buys.
However, in the event of a Freeze Out tournament you are not compensated for the additional seats that you win.
If, in the case of a satellite structure, you have already paid the buy-in to the final, and you win an additional ticket in a satellite, you are automatically refunded the buy-in and your tournament ticket is used.
