This is a challenging role and requires a high calibre individual with Gaming industry experience and skills across the different marketing channels and disciplines.

Paddy power Casino Marketing Manager – Experience:
You will have senior online marketing experience of at least 3 years. This should be Casino experience also.
At this point Paddy Power will only consider candidates that have online gaming industry marketing experience.

Paddy power Casino Marketing Manager – Core Role Requirements:
Reporting & Analysis:
This person needs to learn the requirements of the regular reporting and also needs to have strength in terms of their analytical abilities as all key customer campaigns need to be analysed.
Creative Output:
Though not physically doing the design work this person takes full responsibility for working with Paddy Power Design. First of all briefing in work, campaign management and then getting approvals on the work to deliver first class creative output.
Planning:
Full marketing planning for Casino will rest with this person. Acquisition, promotions and retention planning responsibility.
Campaign Execution:
There will be the need for this person to do the campaign execution in some circumstances including making the selections for email campaigns and doing the send.
Achieving Campaign Results:
It is important that the marketing work this person leads on delivers the results that it needs to. This person will be responsible for putting the budgets and the plans together and the campaigns that are completed need to perform.
Leading On Testing:
It is important to keep learning through the work and this person needs to take the lead on designing all marketing tests.
Driving Channel Performance:
This person needs to maximise performance in all of the acquisition channels including working with various Paddy Power internal resources such as the team that manage the Affiliates and do the PPC.
Costs Optimisation:
This person needs to propose the budgets needed to achieve the P and L targets and support their Manager getting the final budgets agreed. Maximising performance from the agreed final budgets is the challenge including driving down all costs.
Marketplace Expert:
It is critical that this person has a complete understanding of the Casino market and the competitors products, marketing output and promotions, whilst using this information to positively contribute to Paddy Power Casino work.
Casino Loyalty Specialist:
This role requires an understanding of how to use loyalty through marketing to deliver performance from customers. Experience in this individuals record of successfully promoting loyalty to customers would be an advantage.
