Ladbrokes Contract Support
The role will provide vital support to the Supply Chain Manager in the delivery of a range of services to the Ladbrokes businesses.You will provide a point of contact to the Ladbrokes shop teams and internal departments.This will include the administration of the On-Line Shop Order System, the purchase order process and the contract management system.

Contract Support Candidate Requirements
You will be comfortable speaking to internal and external parties alike and have a good telephone manner
You will be able to prioritise your workload and manage your own time
You will be able to work both on your own and as a team
You will be able to analyse and accurately interpret data
You will actively challenge current working practices and processes
You will have the capacity to learn new systems and programmes
You will be able to source and provide accurate information to the shop teams, internal parties and suppliers

Contract Support Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily order requirements and process
Provide a point of contact for the shop teams
Liaise with suppliers to ensure a high level of service delivery is maintained at all times
Assist the Supply Chain Manager with stock control and forecasting
Process purchase orders raised by other departments
Support the Buying Systems Manager in the maintenance and development of the buying systems.
