Customer Service Agents – Skills and Experience:
* An ability to work well within a multicultural team in a fast paced environment
* Significant customer awareness
* Some knowledge of rules and understanding of online gaming
* Candidate must be fluent in written and oral Italian with a high standard of English (Spanish or an Eastern European Language would also be an advantage)
* Some previous experience in online support, preferably within the gambling industry

Customer Service Agents – Responsibilities:
* Dealing with a wide range of customer types (agents/VIP/internet users)
* Administrative duties
* Phone enquiries, managing E-mails
* Making outbound calls to customers and agents across Europe
* Activating, reactivating and retaining customers via telephone
* Site updates, translations
