The successful candidate will be responsible for the coaching and continuous training of a team of Advisors and Team Leaders. In addition you would have responsibility for supervising operations on a day to day basis and supporting the Contact Centre Management Team in ensuring our customers receive service of the highest standard.
A proven track record in people management is required, ideally in a contact centre environment, along with the ability to communicate at all levels, both verbally and in writing. A flexible approach to your work and a can-do attitude together with the ability to meet deadlines are all pre-requisites.
A good level of general sporting knowledge would be advantageous although experience in the gambling industry is not essential as full training will be given covering our products, services and systems.
