2. High analytical ability-experience in analyzing reports- a must
3. Experience working in the field of Internet marketing- a must
4. Experience working with conversion tools – advantage.
5. Experience in maintaining customers and customer loyalty
6. Deep understanding of GUI usability
7. Ability to build a work plan and manage a budget
8. Familiarity with the Web technology
9. Bachelor’s degree in Business Management in the field of Information Systems
10. Good familiarity with the world of e-payments

888 Conversion Process Manager Job Description:
1. Planning and maintaining all the Conversion channels through which we reach potential customers and identifying bottlenecks and problems
2.Building and developing marketing tools whose purpose is to increase the number of initial deposits to the site
3. Building and developing marketing proposals to potential customers in cooperation with the Account Managers
4. Selecting means of communications suitable for a particular customer (e-mail, site, chats,….)
5. Create automatic mechanisms that enable the approach to potential customers (electronic mail, etc.)
6.Produce reports in cooperation with the research department to evaluate the effectiveness of the marketing methods
7.Plan and manage relevant projects in the Company
8.Analyze the market and the competition in the area of Conversion
9.Improving web conversion – on site, registration, and cashier.
10.Optimize the marketing procedures
