Team Leader Test Engineering – Your Profile
* At least 5 years of experience in testing/quality assurance, preferably in eCommerce
* At least 2 years of experience in staff leadership
* ISTQB certified tester (advanced level) or comparable qualification
* Excellent knowledge of English (corporate language)
* Strong leadership qualities and communications skills
* Experience in testing tools (e.g. HP Quality Center, clearquest, bugzilla, and the like)
* Ideally, knowledge of agile development processes such as SCRUM
* Good time management skills and ability to prioritise
* Team player with a keen sense of responsibility
* Highly committed, flexible and stress-resistant
* Independent work style and pro-active approach
* Extensive practical experience in web technologies (browsers, protocols, networking knowledge, HTML, JS, CSS, XML, T-SQL) an advantage
