We are searching for a motivated new employee, who has a sound technical experience as well as a good understanding of processes and workflows, ideally within ITIL.

Application Configuration Manager – Your Profile
* Completed technical education e.g. in software development
* Minimum of 3 years software development, or software configuration management
* Communicative team player
* Willingness to learn
* Knowledge of ITIL processes is a plus
* Fluent in German and English
* Initiative, flexibility, self-starter, can-do attitude
* Experience in JAVAScript, CSS, XML, XHTML are a must, ideally also in .NET, SQL
* Experience with webservices, APIs

Application Configuration Manager – Your area of responsibility
* Responsible for the implementation of the new acquired Tool Service-now
* Close Cooperation with the Change Management Team
* Regular Reporting of relevant information to all necessary interfaces regarding the tool
* Maintenance, administration and version standardization of Service-now
* Configuration of functionalities according to the ITIL processes and best practices
* Support in analyzing workflows and present solution possibilities
