Betfair German Outbound Sales Agent The Role:
•To manage proactive outbound calling to various customer segments.
•Provide first line support to customers.
•First point of contact for most Betfair customers – must act as an ambassador for the company.
•Updating Excel Worksheets and recording customer responses.
•Proactively develop customer relationships by maintaining contact at an appropriate level.
•Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the Betfair customer experience.
•Work to daily and weekly objectives and targets.
•Ensure that more complex customer issues are followed up and resolved in a timely manner.

Betfair German Outbound Sales Agent Required Experience:
•Must have a keen interest of sport / sports betting.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both English and German.
•Must have some experience in a Customer Service / Telesales role, ideally in a contact centre environment with high call volumes.
•Worked to targets and objectives.
•Experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel and the Internet.

•Shift rotas and weekend work.
•Stevenage is 25 minutes from Kings Cross (interchange with Victoria, Piccadilly, Northern, Circle, Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan lines)
Betfair German Outbound Sales Agent Position Purpose:
The outbound team is part of the Betfair customer services department and provides an outbound telephone service to educate, validate and activate every Betfair customer. As part of our International Sales team, the German Sales Agents are responsible for speaking with our German customers to encourage use of Betfair’s products and services.
