bet365.com, one of the world’s leading online gambling companies, is seeking part time Customer Account Advisors to support our expanding customer base. The positions are available at our Head Office based in Staffordshire, England.

The role involves handling inbound calls and processing bets on a variety of sporting events.
The ideal candidate will have an excellent standard of English and good keyboard skills. In addition, interpersonal skills and a customer focused approach are prerequisites.
Candidates will be available to work between 16 and 20 hours per week, either weekends only or weekends and evenings.
All relevant training will be provided in full time training courses running throughout June and early July. This will involve working full time hours for a period of 5 weeks before reducing to regular part time working hours.
Alternatively, part time courses could be made available to those unable to attend the full time option.
