Employee Customer Service Czech Republic and Slovakia – Responsibilities:
In this position you are responsible for customer liaison and support of our Czech and Slovakian customers.
You will handle all inquiries of our Czech and Slovakian customers in a professional manner via telephone, email and live support.
Your further tasks will be a day-to-day content management on our Czech and Slovakian bet-at-home.com homepage as well as to assist our Marketing team in marketing- and advertising campaigns on the Czech and Slovakian market.
Additionally you are getting a wide knowledge of our product range and marketing activities.
