Employee Customer Care Slovakia – Responsibilities:
In this position you are responsible for customer liaison and support of our Slovakian customers.
You will handle all inquiries of our Slovakian customers in a professional manner via telephone, e-mail and live support.
Your further tasks will be a day-to-day content management on our Slovakian bet-at-home.com homepage as well as to assist our Marketing team in marketing- and advertising campaigns on the Slovakian market.
Additionally you are getting a wide knowledge of our product range and marketing activities.
