Employee-Customer Care France – Requirements:

• Native knowledge of the French language (written and oral)
• Very good knowledge of German and ideally English

Employee-Customer Care France – Responsibilities:

In this position you are responsible for customer liaison and support of our French customers.
You will handle all inquiries of our French customers in a professional manner via telephone, e-mail and live
support.
Additionally you are getting a wide knowledge of our product range and marketing activities.
Your further tasks will be a day-to-day content management on our French bet-at-home.com homepage as well as to assist our Marketing team in marketing- and advertising campaigns on the French market.
