Ladbrokes announced the appointment of Andrew H. as Group HR Director
Commenting on the appointment Ladbrokes plc Chairman Peter Erskine said: “Andrew’s experience of HR in an innovative sector in a Europe-wide role will be of significant benefit to Ladbrokes.”

Andrew Harley, 49, was Human Resources Director for UK Retail Banking at Lloyds until last year and has been acting as an independent consultant to Lloyds Banking Group for the past 6 months.
Prior to joining Lloyds, Andrew Harley was Director of Human Resources at Telefonica O2 Europe and had been Group Human Resources Director at O2 since 2001. He had previously been at BT for over twenty years in a variety of roles in both HR and the IT Divisions, most recently as Senior Vice President, Human Resources, BT Openworld.
